Married couple Xie Boyou and Yuan Caihua, 79- and 75-years-old respectively, have both recovered from the coronavirus.
They were diagnosed with COVID-19 in central China's Hunan Province in late January, and later put into an intensive care unit separately when their health conditions worsened because of the virus.
While receiving the treatment, the couple managed to keep in touch and support each other through voice and video calls with the help of medical staff.
Thankfully, they were both cured. When they finally got to see each other, Xie brought a bouquet of flowers to his wife and Yuan said that all she wants now is to hug her husband.

A 14-day old infant was born during the epidemic outbreak to parents who were both diagnosed the COVID-19. Now they have all recovered from the illness.
Netizens have been following the newborn’s health via live streaming sessions from the intensive care unit by China Media Group (CMG) which began last Saturday.
Their hearts melted for the little cutie and some discussed nicknames for him in the comment section, one popular suggestion was "An An," which means being safe and sound.
The parents finally decided to nickname him "石榴" (Shi Liu) which is based on his exact birth date and hour in numbers and literally means "Pomegranate" in English. They wish everyone can be strong together like pomegranate seeds and get through this hard time.
There are three more babies who shared similar experiences with little "Pomegranate." Luckily, they were all tested negative in nucleic acid tests (NATs) and currently in healthy condition.

A Chinese filmmaker in Mauritius made a micro film titled "Boundless Love" to encourage China to stay strong under the shadow of coronavirus outbreak.
Local Chinese and Mauritians actively participated in the shooting of the film, which they hope will convey a love and support that transcends nationality and national borders, and encourage China to stay strong in this epidemic.
Director Lin Haiyan is a fourth-generation Chinese whose ancestors were from south China’s Guangdong province.
Since childhood, Lin has been devoted to introducing Chinese cultures to other people. In recent years, he has also helped host cultural exchange events between China and Mauritius.

A group of young people from the Hubei Broadcast and Television Station also made a short video depicting how life in the city has changed since the coronavirus outbreak began. For instance, a local overpass at rush hour, a time when it is usually crowded, is now as empty and quiet as is usually is at midnight.
There are also many other documentaries for Chinese social media and streaming platforms currently in pre-production, collecting footage and stories from people’s daily lives under the COVID-19 outbreak.
Though the creators may not know each other in real life, they all share the same expectation: that more good news will come, just like springtime.
